Dr Dales graduated with a Bachelor of Life Sciences from Queen’s University and then went on to earn her Medical Degree at McMaster University. She returned to Queen’s to complete her residency in Family Medicine. Following this Dr Dales did additional training in Women’s Health and Obstetrics. For the past ten years Dr Dales has been working as a Family Physician providing full scope comprehensive primary care for her family practice. As part of her family practice she also took on referrals for obstetrical care and contraception.
Dr Dales’s love of aesthetics led her to complete her Botox and Filler training, both basic and advanced, through APT. For the past few years she has been able to combine her passion of medicine and beauty to provide medical aesthetics care to her clients.
All of this training and experience cumulated in her desire to ultimately provide comprehensive medical care to women as they age and pass through various life stages. Women deserve to thrive in menopause and be well educated, informed, counselled and treated. Her passion is caring for women so they can feel great from the inside out at any age.

Mariam’s dedication to patient-centered care shines through her role as our Treatment Care Coordinator and Advanced Nurse Injector.
With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western University, Mariam brings a wealth of education and commitment to her role. Trained in non-surgical injectables by Dr. Matic, she joined the team full-time in 2017, specializing in soft lifts using dermal fillers, BOTOX, and Sculptra. Mariam also contributes to consults and post-op care in the surgical division, as well as a clinical trainer.
Outside of work, Mariam indulges her love for travel, with Japan ranking as her favourite destination. She also embraces adventure, finding excitement in various outdoor activities.
